- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The star is for business being open when I went by there. My husband ask for a quote on his policy that he has with another agency and as of 01/15/2016 we have not heard a word. I was in need of him faxing a declaration to the NG so that my Physical Damage Coverage would remain intake and I have never received a confirmation that was done....ALSO, shared with the the agent that I had a son that would be 16 in a couple of months and I would be needing insurance for him as well at that time. All I can say is they must not need the business to turn away business of a total of 5 new cars to insure by just not acting on their word to call us back.
